Job summary

Amteck, a national electrical design-build contractor, is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in industrial environments. You will ensure compliance with NFPA 70B, OEM specifications, and NETA standards while supporting uptime and safety.

Responsibilities include testing, infrared thermography, inspections, safety procedures (LOTO/arc-flash), documentation, and collaboration with customers and team members.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years in industrial electrical maintenance.
• Strong understanding of power distribution and industrial electrical installations.
• Experience developing preventive maintenance strategies.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical preventive maintenance and testing per NFPA 70B and NETA.
• Conduct infrared thermography to identify faults.
• Inspect wiring and components for wear or damage.
• Service electrical equipment to ensure reliability and longevity.
• Maintain documentation of inspections and actions.
