Qualifications

5+ years in an industrial electrical maintenance setting
Strong understanding of electrical theory, power distribution, and industrial installations
Proficiency with diagnostic tools and testing equipment
Ability to interpret arc-flash studies and safety protocols
Knowledge of NEC and OSHA NFPA rules and safety standards
OD of site safety requirements and safe work practices
Willingness to travel up to 100%
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

Perform electrical preventive maintenance and testing per NFPA 70B and OEM specs
Conduct infrared thermography to identify faults
Inspect wiring, components for wear and damage
Clean, lubricate, and service electrical equipment
Test power distribution, control equipment, and motors
Assess equipment condition and maintenance risks
Follow LOTO and arc-flash safety procedures
Support EHS initiatives and safe work practices
Document inspections, tests, actions, and recommendations
Identify issues to minimize downtime and cost
Communicate work status with customers and team
Promote company safety program and site safety requirements
