SunSource, a leading industrial distribution company, seeks an M&A Business Development Market Manager who will drive the acquisition strategy, evaluate targets, and lead cross-functional teams through due diligence and integration.

The role requires deep industry knowledge, strong financial acumen, and the ability to present strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Remote flexibility is available with travel.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or sales is preferred.
• 3–5 years of buy-side experience in identifying target companies and initiating buy/sell in M&A.
• 10+ years in Industrial Distribution with experience in Fluid Process or related markets.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time; role can be remote but near a major airport.

• Identify and evaluate acquisition opportunities within focused technology sectors.
• Lead transaction processes including due diligence and integration activities.
• Develop business case rationale and integration action plans for SunSource leadership.
• Present recommendations to SunSource’s senior leadership and Board of Directors.
