BHDP Architecture seeks a Client Leader to expand its Industrial market presence by developing strategic relationships with decision-makers and maintaining a healthy sales funnel to achieve net revenue and profit goals. The role also focuses on delivering thought leadership, industry engagement, and strategic value to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (NAAB accredited program preferred), Interior Design (CIDA accredited program preferred), or other relevant design field.
• Architectural License or NCIDQ Certification, preferred.
• 12+ years in the design and/or architecture industry.
• 5+ years of Industrial design experience.
• Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service and proactive communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead client and project teams to secure net revenue and exceed client expectations.
• Advocate for BHDP’s professional services and maintain high quality standards.
• Provide strategic recommendations to clients as a trusted partner.
• Achieve Industrial growth goals and national visibility in market.
• Develop strategic relationships with financially influential clients.
• Build a network with industry influencers for robust sales funnel.
• Serve as client relationship lead with multiple high-level contacts.
• Continuously learn the client’s business and adapt BHDP approaches.
