Job summary

BHDP Architecture is seeking a Client Leader to expand our presence in the Higher Education market in Charlotte, NC. You will develop strategic client relationships, maintain a strong sales funnel, and drive net revenue and profit goals.

You will serve as a thought leader, engage with industry peers, and advocate for BHDP’s services while guiding teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes and strategic insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related design field.
• Architectural License or NCIDQ preferred.
• 12+ years in the design and/or architecture industry.
• 5+ years of experience within the Higher Education market.

Responsibilities

• Lead the client and project teams to secure net revenue and exceed client expectations.
• Advocate for BHDP’s professional services and uphold high quality standards.
• Provide strategic recommendations and act as a trusted partner to clients.
• Achieve Higher Education growth goals and expand the firm’s market visibility.
• Develop targeted relationships with decision-makers to drive sales and profitability.
• Build a leadership network with industry influencers to sustain a healthy funnel.
• Serve as client relationship lead and align BHDP offerings with client goals.
• Continuously learn client business to broaden and deepen relationships with value.
• Share strategically relevant expertise to establish BHDP as a thought leader.
• Present market-focused thought leadership at national professional conferences.
