Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (NAAB accredited preferred).
• Interior Design degree (CIDA accredited preferred).
• Architectural license or NCIDQ certification preferred.
• 12+ years in design/architecture industry.
• 5+ years in industrial design.
• Strong customer service orientation and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Lead project-wide governance and ownership within the team to ensure predictable delivery.
• Assess and mitigate project risk to protect client relationships.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to define client strategy and leverage BHDP processes.
• Drive day-to-day strategy to deliver successful client outcomes and repeat business.
• Grow revenue by managing existing client relationships and pursuing new opportunities.
• Build trusted advisor relationships to connect BHDP services with client needs.
• Coordinate with BHDP teams to achieve growth in net revenue and profit.
• Provide project teams with budgets and schedules and enforce QA/QC.
• Communicate scope or schedule changes with clients and consultants.
