• Data entry, organization and multi-tasking skills needed

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding company products and services
• Process customer phone orders
• Check stock availability and shipping dates
• Quote prices, fill orders to customer specifications, and process sales data
• Assist the outside sales team by preparing price quotes and sourcing products
