The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, proficiency with MS Office, and a reliable in-person attendance record in a standard office environment.

Qualifications

• Industrial products knowledge preferred
• Safety product knowledge helpful
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) required
• Excellent communication skills essential
• Must be attentive with a high drive to learn new product lines
• Prior inside sales or customer service experience required
• Data entry, organization and multi-tasking skills needed
• Regular in-person attendance required

Responsabilités

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding company products and services
• Process customer phone orders
• Check stock availability and shipping dates
• Quote prices, fill orders to customer specifications, and process sales data
• Assist the outside sales team by preparing price quotes and sourcing products
