DXP is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Lincoln, NE to handle inquiries, processes orders, and support the sales team. You will ensure accurate quotes and timely order fulfillment while maintaining great customer relations.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, and experience with MS Office. This is a full-time, on-site position offering comprehensive benefits and a collaborative team environment.

Summary:
Under the direction of the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative will respond to customer inquiries regarding company products and services, process customer phone orders, check availability of stock and shipping dates, quote prices, fill orders to customer specifications, process sales data via computer, and assist the outside sales team by preparing price quotes and sourcing products.

Responsibilities of theCustomer Service Representativeinclude, but are not limited to:

• Responding to customer inquiries regarding company products and services
• Processing customer phone orders
• Checking availability of stock and shipping dates
• Quoting prices, filling order to customer specifications and processing sales data via computer
• Assisting the outside sales teamby preparing price quotes and sourcing products

Qualifications of theCustomer Service Representativeinclude, but are not limited to:

• Industrial products knowledge and mechanical aptitude a plus

• Knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• S hould be attentive and posea high drive to learn new product lines
• Must have experience performing a majority of the functions
• Data entry skills, organization, multi-tasking and customer focus is required
