Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of customer service or related experience.
• Industrial product or instrumentation experience a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a strong customer-service mindset.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, time management, and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong data entry skills.
• Ability to manage a multi-line phone system while simultaneously processing information electronically.
• Mechanical and mathematical aptitude preferred; technical product training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, delivery, invoicing, and returns.
• Process customer quotes and orders accurately from start to finish.
• Assist customers with selecting product solutions that best meet their needs.
• Support the outside sales team through timely communication, coordination, and follow-up.
• Provide cross-functional support across purchasing, accounting, warehouse operations, and project administration.
• Address customer concerns and report complaints or errors in accordance with established quality procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
