Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of customer service or related experience.

• Strong attention to detail, organization, time management, and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong data entry skills.
• Ability to manage a multi-line phone system while simultaneously processing information electronically.
• Mechanical and mathematical aptitude preferred; technical product training will be provided.

Responsibilities
