Job summary

• Serves in an industrial distribution environment and supports customers end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Receives, processes and coordinates orders, requests for quotation, returns, and credits.
• Works with internal teams to facilitate customer needs.
• Minimizes shipments and expenses to meet delivery requirements.
• Investigates errors and coordinates solutions with the appropriate departments.
• Understands technical aspects of products and services to aid order flow.
• Increase sales by emphasizing promotions and add-ons at the point of order.
• Follows up with customers to communicate status of requests.
• Maintains relationships with customers and suppliers regarding service.
• Completes training and demonstrates competence as defined by management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
