Job summary

Barnhart is seeking a sales professional to identify customer needs and provide solutions in lifting and rigging across heavy industrial and energy markets. The role focuses on developing strategies to penetrate key accounts, creating sales plans, and coordinating with dispatch and project management.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in industrial sales, strong communication skills, and experience with rigging, lifting, or related services.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or sufficient experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies and tactics to penetrate and develop key accounts.
• Create and execute an annual sales plan with defined goals and objectives.
• Prospect and qualify warm leads.
• Conduct discovery meetings with existing and new customers to uncover needs.
• Determine crane & rigging solutions.
• Develop winning estimates and tailored proposals.
• Win work by selling value and overcoming objections.
• Coordinate project with Barnhart Dispatch and Project Management.
