Job summary

HITT Contracting is seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent - Industrial to lead on-site work in Austin, TX, ensuring adherence to schedule, safety, and quality standards. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage daily logs, and drive closeout activities with the project team.

The role requires a four-year degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years in commercial construction, and proficiency with ProCore, BlueBeam, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in construction, engineering, or business preferred.
• 5+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Experience with occupied spaces and fast-paced projects is a plus.
• ProCore, BlueBeam, and Adobe software proficiency required.
• Ability to manage resources, schedules, and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Direct on-site work flow to align with project schedule and safety standards.
• Lead site teams and coordinate subcontractors and vendors.
• Maintain daily site logs, punch lists, and closeout tasks.
• Ensure quality standards and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with project manager and operations teams.
