Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or business strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of commercial construction experience, including general contractor work.
• Ability to lead teams, manage resources, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ProCore, Adobe, and BlueBeam.

Responsibilities

• Understand and administer the safety program and report incidents promptly.
• Maintain HITT quality standards for all aspects of the project.
• Lead on-site safety and manage a safe jobsite for all involved.
• Maintain daily logs of activities and site conditions, manage punch lists and closeout.
• Collaborate with project manager on schedule and installation methods.
• Foster relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders to support project goals.
