Job summary

HITT Contracting is seeking a Commercial Construction Senior Superintendent – Industrial to lead safety on the project site, oversee quality, and drive on-site operations. You will collaborate with the project manager to develop and maintain the schedule, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure timely completion while upholding HITT quality standards.

• 8–10 years of commercial construction experience.

• Strong leadership and on-site safety management.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site safety and enforce the HITT safety program.
• Maintain daily logs and punch lists through closeout.
• Collaborate with the project manager to formulate schedules and methods.
• Maintain relationships with subcontractors and manage change orders.
