CDM Smith is seeking an Industrial Client Service Leader with a strong industrial water and wastewater background to accelerate growth in the Industrial unit. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, winning projects, and growing key client accounts across CDM Smith’s target markets.

You will lead business development, engage clients, and collaborate with senior PMs and technical experts to deliver high-quality projects while advancing strategic marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 12 years of related experience is expected or equivalent experience considered in lieu of a degree.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required; travel frequency contingent on duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and client engagement for multiple major industrial clients in the U.S.
• Develop high-value relationships with industrial clients.
• Grow market share by partnering with senior project managers and technical specialists as they work for clients to deliver high-quality projects.
• Collaborate with our award-winning technology group to stay at the forefront of tools that improve project delivery for clients.
• Implement short and long-term strategies that contribute to growth and profitability of CDM Smith.
