CDM Smith is seeking an Industrial Client Service Leader with a strong industrial water and wastewater background to help accelerate growth of our Industrial unit. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, winning projects and growing key client accounts across the U.S.

You will partner with senior project managers and technologists to deliver high quality projects, and collaborate with our award-winning technology group to implement tools that improve project delivery and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; equivalent experience considered.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required; travel frequency varies by duties.

• Lead business development and client engagement for multiple major industrial clients in the U.S.
• Develop and maintain high-value client relationships.
