Clayton Services is seeking an Industrial Sales Representative in Houston, TX to develop new business and manage the full sales cycle for boiler services and related projects.

Salary includes a $100,000 base plus uncapped commission potential, with comprehensive benefits including medical insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off, holidays, and a company vehicle. Travel throughout South Texas is required.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience in industrial services or boilers.
• Proven track record of developing new accounts and revenue.
• Experience selling to plants, refineries, hospitals or universities is preferred.
• Knowledge of boiler systems is highly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop new business throughout Houston and South Texas.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Grow existing accounts with inspections, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Conduct site visits and understand equipment and project requirements.
• Prepare pricing and proposals with technical/operations teams.
• Build relationships with plant managers and purchasing teams.
• Maintain an active pipeline and report on opportunities and forecasts.
• Coordinate with operations to scope and transition projects.
• Follow up after projects to sustain relationships.
