Clayton Services is seeking an Industrial HVAC Service Sales Representative to drive new business across the Houston Gulf Coast, targeting plant and refinery accounts. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of outside sales in HVAC or industrial services, with a proven hunter mentality and strong relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across plant and refinery environments.
• Break into new facilities and establish relationships with plant managers, maintenance leaders, and operations teams.
• Sell preventative maintenance agreements, retrofit services, and long-term service contracts.
• Navigate complex organizations to uncover contract owners, decision makers, and renewal timelines.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate equipment and recommend service solutions.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of long-cycle opportunities (contracts often 3+ years).
• Generate proposals, pricing, and presentations to win new business.
• Collaborate with internal service teams to ensure accurate scope and execution.
• Track activity, opportunities, and forecasts within CRM systems.
