Job summary

Cleaver-Brooks Sales and Service is seeking an Account Executive in Dallas, TX to drive revenue and manage the full sales lifecycle for boiler systems. You will nurture client relationships, prepare quotes, and coordinate with internal teams to meet customer specifications.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in industrial boiler sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel over 50% of the time. This is a direct customer-facing role with growth opportunities within CBSS.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 3+ years in sales for boiler systems.
• Travel: +50% regional travel by car.
• Customer-facing role with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop revenue growth and market penetration in the region.
• Manage technical sales and business development across CBSS offerings.
• Research to support customer RFQs and information solicitations.
• Oversee customer lifecycle including setup, quotes, invoicing and collections.
• Engage with regional industry associations to understand market trends.
