AAP Automation, a division of OTC Industrial Technologies, seeks an Industrial Automation Sales Representative to own and grow a Boise metro territory, selling machine control, motion control, safety systems, and robotics with a dedicated support team.

You will build relationships, target new accounts, and develop regional growth plans while navigating a fast-growing Southwest automation market; strong six-figure OTE, comprehensive benefits, and career advancement await.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or 3+ years of successful industrial distribution or technical sales experience.
• Verifiable expertise in machine control, motion control, safety systems, or robotics/automation is preferred.
• Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow the Boise territory with strategic sales calls and localized plans to exceed annual goals.
• Build relationships across all organizational levels to establish a strong pipeline.
• Collaborate with in-house engineers and product specialists to co-sell complex automation solutions.
• Stay ahead of robotics, IIoT, and advanced controls market trends as a trusted advisor.
• Maintain organized activity, opportunity tracking, and client interaction data in CRM.
