AAP Automation is seeking an Industrial Automation Sales Representative to own and grow a Boise, ID territory. Sell machine control, motion control, safety systems, and robotics with a dedicated support team.

You will manage existing customers and expand the regional market, collaborating with application engineers and product specialists to deliver multi-faceted automation solutions. Expect a hunter role with autonomy and strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent industrial sales experience.
• Proven track record in industrial distribution or technical sales.
• Fluent in interpreting blueprints, schematics, manuals, and catalogs.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Grow your territory through strategic sales calls and localized plans to exceed annual goals.
• Build relationships and maintain a strong sales pipeline across Boise metro and Southwest market.
• Sell collaboratively with in-house engineers and product specialists to co-sell complex automation solutions.
• Stay informed on robotics, IIoT, and advanced controls to position OTC as a forward-thinking solutions authority.
• Maintain organized CRM activity, opportunity tracking, and client interaction history.
