SMC is seeking an Automation Account Manager to drive growth across medium to large OEM accounts and distributors. You will manage relationships, present capabilities, and lead the full sales cycle from discovery to deployment.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with heavy customer-facing duties and travel to client sites. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in industrial automation or similar field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
• Proficient with CRM systems and basic computer tools.

Responsabilités

• Retain and grow sales with OEM accounts and distributors.
• Meet or exceed annual growth targets consistently.
• Present SMC capabilities to current and prospective customers.
• Be primary contact for assigned customers and drive growth.
• Represent customer needs inside the organization.
• Lead all sales stages and coordinate with teams for solutions.
• Own and manage customer relationships and action plans.
• Develop forecasts and track milestones for deployments.
