Job summary

Advanced Technology Services (ATS) is seeking a technically skilled asset management professional to help keep factories running smoothly in a dynamic environment. The role emphasizes asset labeling, maintenance scheduling, BOM management, and data-driven improvements using CMMS/EAM tools.

Candidates should have a technical associate degree with relevant industrial experience or substantial technician background, strong communication, and familiarity with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical field with 1–3 years of industrial asset experience and/or 5–10 years as a machine repair technician.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing environment.
• Electrical/mechanical aptitude.
• Proficiency with computers, maintenance systems, and applications including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Experience in job plan development, job scheduling, and work execution.
• Project management and capital project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and label assets and ensure proper maintenance and utilization.
• Implement asset management software and tools for tracking and reporting.
• Develop and oversee maintenance schedules for industrial equipment.
• Monitor asset performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain BOM for assets.
• Assist budgeting for asset procurement and replacement.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses for new asset acquisitions.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Provide training on proper use and maintenance of assets and CMMS/EAM.
