Job summary

Advanced Technology Services is seeking a skilled asset management professional to ensure assets are identified, labeled, and properly utilized within a dynamic industrial environment. You will implement CMMS/EAM solutions, maintain BOMs, and drive maintenance planning to improve reliability and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree in a technical field and 1–3 years of asset experience or 5–10 years as a machine repair technician, with strong communication and collaboration

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical field with 1–3 years of industrial asset experience and/or 5–10 years as a machine repair technician.
• Familiar with an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Electrical and mechanical aptitude required; ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Proficiency with computers and maintenance systems; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, label, maintain, and optimize assets in the facility.
• Develop and oversee maintenance schedules for equipment upkeep and reliability.
• Monitor asset performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain BOMs for assets and assist in budgeting for asset procurement and replacement.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers and support safety initiatives.
