Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, operations, reliability, maintenance, industrial technology, or technically focused consulting.
• Deep experience in asset-intensive industries including mining, metals, or heavy manufacturing.
• Demonstrated experience solving complex operational problems and improving equipment reliability, production performance, or energy efficiency.
• Strong understanding of industrial equipment, processes, and operational workflows.
• Experience with industrial data (sensor/time-series, alarms, maintenance history, production data).
• Ability to travel to customer locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall solution strategy, technical direction, and delivery outcomes for assigned engagements from definition to production deployment.
• Serve as the primary customer-facing solution leader, developing a deep understanding of customer operations and objectives.
• Identify and quantify high-impact opportunities across reliability, throughput, yield, and energy efficiency.
• Translate engineering and operational challenges into AI/ML, optimization, and software problems with clear requirements.
• Lead engagements through use case definition, requirements, architecture, validation, deployment, and scale.
• Apply engineering and industry expertise to ensure credible and realizable recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver outcomes.
• Collaborate with customer teams to validate requirements, workflows, and business impact.
• Interpret industrial data signals and ensure alignment with operational realities.
• Maintain accountability for solution quality, value, risks, and progress.
• Partner with product management to identify reusable capabilities and scale solutions across assets.
