Job summary

C3 AI is seeking an Industry Solution Leader for Heavy Industrial with a focus on Mining & Milling Asset Performance and Optimization. The role leads design, deployment, and scale of enterprise AI solutions across customer engagements, working with Forward Deployed Engineers, data scientists, and product teams to drive measurable business value.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in mineral processing or cement/aggregates operations, with expertise in throughput, energy efficiency,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
7+ years in engineering, manufacturing, operations, reliability, maintenance, or tech consulting.
Experience in asset-intensive industries (mining, metals, oil & gas, chemicals, etc.).
Experience solving complex operational problems and improving reliability, throughput, or energy efficiency.

Responsibilities

Own the overall solution strategy and delivery outcomes for customer engagements.
Serve as primary customer-facing solution leader and domain expert.
Identify and quantify high-impact opportunities across reliability, production, and energy efficiency.
Translate engineering and operations challenges into AI/ML and optimization problems.
Lead engagements through use case definition, architecture, deployment, and scale.
