C3 AI seeks an Industry Solution Leader for Heavy Industrial to drive enterprise AI solutions in Integrated Steel Optimization and Asset Performance. You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and executive leadership, translating complex industrial challenges into AI-driven outcomes.

The role requires hands-on steel industry experience, ownership of throughput and quality metrics, and the ability to guide deployments from problem definition through production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 7+ years engineering, manufacturing, operations, or related consulting.
• Deep experience in asset-intensive industries incl. steel and metals.
• Proven ability to improve reliability, throughput, or energy efficiency.
• Experience with industrial data including sensor signals and time-series.
• Experience with industrial systems like SCADA, MES, ERP, or CMMS.
• Ability to travel to customer locations.

• Own the solution strategy and delivery outcomes for customer engagements from definition to scale.
• Serve as primary customer-facing solution leader and domain expert.
• Identify and quantify high-impact opportunities across reliability, production, energy, and economics.
• Translate problems into AI, ML, optimization, or software solutions.
• Lead engagements through use case definition, architecture, deployment, and adoption.
• Lead cross-functional teams and align around customer outcomes.
• Work with customer teams to validate requirements and workflows.
