Job summary

C3 AI is seeking an Industry Solution Leader for Heavy Industrial to design and deliver enterprise AI solutions with a focus on EAF and mini-mill supply chains and asset performance. The role combines senior supply chain expertise with solution leadership across global teams and executive stakeholders.

The ISL will own solution strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and guide deployments from problem definition through scale, driving measurable business value for industrial clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall solution strategy, technical direction, and delivery outcomes for assigned engagements.
• Serve as the primary customer-facing solution leader and supply chain domain expert.
• Identify and quantify high-impact opportunities across planning, production, and logistics.
• Translate complex supply chain challenges into AI/ML optimization problems with clear variables and constraints.
• Lead engagements from use case definition to production deployment and scale.
