Job summary

C3 AI, a NY-based enterprise AI company, seeks an Industry Solution Leader for Heavy Industrial (EAF/Mini-Mill) to design and deliver AI solutions across the supply chain and asset performance.

You will lead cross-functional teams, engage with customer planners, manufacturing, and finance, and translate operations challenges into scalable AI-enabled outcomes. Travel to sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (Engineering, OR, SCM, CS, Math, Economics).
• 7+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, planning, logistics, procurement, pricing, or ops research.
• Deep experience in demand planning, inventory optimization, production planning, scheduling, pricing, procurement, logistics.
• Experience in complex manufacturing or supply chain environments (high-tech, metals, automotive, pharma, etc.).
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own solution strategy, technical direction, and delivery for engagements from problem definition to deployment.
• Serve as the primary customer-facing solution leader and supply chain expert.
• Identify and quantify high-impact opportunities across planning and logistics.
• Translate challenges into AI, ML, optimization, and software problems with defined value.
• Lead engagements through use-case definition, requirements, architecture, validation, and scale.
• Guide data interpretation and ensure alignment with business objectives.
