Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline preferred.
- 7+ years in engineering, manufacturing, operations, reliability, maintenance, or tech consulting.
- Deep experience in asset‑intensive industries including heavy manufacturing or steel.
- Proven ability to solve complex operational problems and improve metrics.
Responsibilities
- Own solution strategy, technical direction, and delivery outcomes for assigned engagements.
- Serve as primary customer-facing solution leader and domain expert.
- Identify and quantify high-impact opportunities across reliability, production performance, and process optimization.
- Translate challenges into AI/ML, optimization, and software problems with clear success criteria.
- Lead engagements from use-case definition to production deployment and scale.
