Job summary

Circuit is seeking a motivated BDR to drive outbound prospecting in the industrial and manufacturing sectors. You will identify, engage, and qualify potential customers, collaborating with the GTM team to build a scalable pipeline.

You'll work closely with our CPRO and Head of Sales to refine messaging, nurture relationships, and set up productive customer engagements. This hands-on role rewards ambition, hustle, and a desire to grow with a fast-moving startup.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in sales, customer service, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and rejection.
• Familiarity with CRMs like Attio.

Responsibilities

• Prospect into target accounts in industrial/manufacturing sectors via email, phone, LinkedIn.
• Qualify inbound leads and set meetings with prospects and partners.
• Research accounts and decision-makers to craft personalized outreach.
• Maintain pipeline data in Attio and GTM tech stack.
• Represent Circuit at industry events to source new opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing to improve campaigns and messaging.
• Share market feedback with GTM and product teams.
