Responsibilities

Lead major workstreams mapping industrial buyers' journeys with agent influence.
Identify friction points in agent mediation and redesign journeys around AI-driven behavior.
Translate trends into use cases, GTM plays, and executable roadmaps for transformation.
Advise senior client leaders on competing across direct, dealer, distributor ecosystems as buying decisions become AI-mediated.
