Job summary

Accenture Song seeks a Senior Manager to lead design and delivery of agentic commerce transformation programs for industrial clients. You will guide multidisciplinary teams across strategy, digital experience, content, platform integration, data, and sales, shaping how AI-powered agents influence procurement, pricing, and engagement.

Qualifications

Experience leading digital transformation, customer experience, commercial strategy, or platform-related initiatives
Strong understanding of complex B2B buying journeys, industrial channels, dealer or distributor ecosystems, and aftermarket services
Experience with AI-driven customer experiences, conversational interfaces, or machine-readable content and data structures
Understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, commerce platforms, product information management, or API-based integrations
Experience collaborating with engineering, product, data, or platform leadership to prioritize AI-readiness initiatives on technical roadmaps
Proven ability to lead complex programs, manage cross-functional teams, and influence senior client stakeholders
Experience developing strategic roadmaps and translating them into actionable delivery plans and measurable business outcomes

Responsibilities

Lead major workstreams that map how industrial buyers navigate agent-influenced journeys
Identify where agent mediation creates friction and redesign journeys and operating models
Translate emerging trends into industrial use cases and executable roadmaps
Advise senior client leaders on competing across ecosystems with AI-mediated decisions
Lead initiatives to improve discoverability across search and AI-enabled environments
Define strategies to improve discoverability across procurement platforms and ecosystems
Guide content, UX, product, and platform teams for human and machine decision-making
Oversee optimization of product pages and digital experiences for visibility and conversion
Define commercial and technical strategy for real-time pricing and availability
Partner with engineering and data teams to expose API endpoints across workflows
Lead scalable frameworks for AI-assisted quoting, purchasing, renewal, and service transactions
Establish data governance across product, parts, service, pricing, and dealer information
Identify data gaps affecting citation and recommendations
Define governance standards for updates across units and partners
Collaborate with legal, security, and risk teams to ensure privacy and compliance
Lead data/Ai readiness requirements for roadmaps
Serve as a senior client-facing leader for agentic commerce transformations
Lead multidisciplinary teams and executive workshops
Translate complex concepts into clear recommendations for executives
Coach and develop managers and analysts
Help shape Accenture capabilities at the intersection of Industrials, B2B commerce, AI
Identify emerging technologies and market shifts
Contribute to thought leadership and reusable methods
Collaborate across Accenture Song, Technology, Strategy and industry teams
