Job summary

BlackHawk Industrial in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking an Account Manager to grow and maintain key customer relationships in a full-time sales role. The position offers a base salary of $50,000 per year plus uncapped commissions with an on-target earnings range of $75,000 to $100,000.

You will promote our industrial products, develop territory plans, and coordinate with product teams to meet revenue and profitability goals while upholding ISO processes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2-5 years’ experience in Industrial Sales.
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage new and existing customer relationships to meet revenue objectives.
• Promote culture of safety and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of products and present them to customers.
• Provide literature and materials to enhance customer productivity.
• Coordinate technical support and on-site sales as needed.
