The role focuses on managing existing and new customer relationships to meet sales revenue and profit objectives, with a compensation package including base salary and performance-based commissions.

Base salary is $75,000 per year, with uncapped commissions and an estimated total target compensation around $115,000.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in sales
• 2–5 years’ experience in Industrial Sales required
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Manage existing and new customer relationships
• Promote culture of safety
• Maintain thorough knowledge of products and present them to customers
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Identify and prioritize existing and prospective customers within the territory
• Provide literature and promotional materials to enhance productivity
• Report market trends and competitors to management
• Build and sustain positive customer relationships
• Provide and coordinate technical support as needed
• Support and expand onsite sales and service
