Qualifications

• 2-3+ years in the electrical industry.
• Strong verbal communication and phone presence.
• Resilient and coachable, able to handle rejection, learn from it, and keep dialing.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of results.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to new potential customers beyond the provided leads to grow the pipeline.
• Present and explain electrical infrastructure products like transformers, switchgear, and related infrastructure.
• Build relationships with procurement managers, engineers, and project managers at target accounts.
• Follow up consistently and manage your pipeline through the sales cycle.
• Accurately record activity and update deal status in our CRM.
