Viking Electric, part of the Sonepar family, is seeking an Industrial Focused Field Account Manager in Madison, WI. This role focuses on leading an account package, growing volume and profitability, and promoting Viking’s electrical products and services to contractors.

You will negotiate with customers and vendors, tailor a business plan to each account, and work with account reps, project teams, and specialists to ensure quality service and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Four years of electrical industry experience (City Desk, Account Representative, Project Sales, Specialist or Operations).
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Valid state driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate with customers and vendors to obtain orders and meet schedules.
• Promote Viking Electric products, services and solutions; tailor business plans per customer potential.
• Collaborate with Account Representatives, Project Team, and specialists to ensure quality service and resolve issues.
