Job summary

Mazzella Companies seeks an Account Manager to drive growth across field sales, digital engagement, and expert consultation. You will work with vertical specialists to deliver tailored insights and promote our crane to floor solutions.

In this role you will maximize sales and market penetration within your territory, cultivate new prospects, nurture existing clients, and support them with training, service excellence, and innovative rigging products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree in business/related fields preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years industrial sales experience with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
• Valid driver's license; ability to lift 50 pounds; 40% travel willingness.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services within an assigned territory using field visits, calls, and digital contacts.
• Understand customer needs and provide solutions across production to maintenance with an expert perspective.
• Prepare and present professional proposals to close business.
• Partner with inside sales to achieve retention goals.
• Maintain CRM records and gather business intelligence for sales goals.
• Lead prospecting and sales conversations with inspections and training as a crane-to-floor provider.
