Qualifications

• Sell in an assigned territory using consultative teaching through field visits, telephone sales and digital contacts.
• Understand customer base and Company products and services; provide solutions from production to maintenance.
• Prepare, tailor, and present professional proposals to aid in closing business.
• Partner with inside sales to achieve customer retention goals.
• Use CRM to maintain call records and gather business intelligence for sales goals.
• Lead prospecting and sales conversations with Service, Inspection and Training as a crane-to-floor provider.
• Develop and monitor segment/vertical targets with Segment Managers and experts.
• Qualify leads and manage opportunities with timely follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Help customers solve lifting, rigging, crane, inspection, and training challenges.
