Job summary

USA MOT Motion Industries, Inc. is seeking an Account Representative I in Orlando to expand the book of business by converting competitors and growing medium to large accounts. You will maintain customer satisfaction through regular contact and management of expectations.

Primary duties include generating new leads, presenting solutions, and coordinating with vendors while traveling as required. A bachelor’s degree with up to two years of experience is typical for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree typically required with 0–2 years of experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of power transmission, hydraulic, pneumatic and related industrial products.
• Ability to influence customers while maintaining relationships.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by obtaining new business and expanding existing accounts.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calls, and research.
• Engage with customers face-to-face to build relationships and satisfaction.
• Understand complex customer requirements for customized quoting.
• Deliver effective sales presentations and ensure technical needs are met.
• Assist with on-site troubleshooting as needed.
• Coordinate with vendor resources to support sales efforts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
