Job summary

Motion Industries in Orlando, FL is seeking an Account Representative I to expand its book of business by converting competitors' workloads and growing medium-sized accounts into larger, more profitable partnerships.

You will nurture client relationships, understand complex requirements for quotes, deliver compelling presentations, and collaborate with vendor resources to meet customer needs; occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree and 0-2 years of experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of industrial products such as power transmission and hydraulic systems is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and strong sales fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Increase revenue by generating new business and expanding existing accounts.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and researching directories.
• Interact with customers face-to-face to build strong relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Understand customer requirements to prepare customized quotes and proposals.
• Deliver effective sales presentations and coordinate vendor resources as needed.
• Travel as required and support on-site troubleshooting and account management.
