Purvis Industries, a family-owned industrial distributor with 101 locations, seeks an Account Manager/Outside Sales Representative in Boise, ID. You will grow sales by cultivating current customers and recruiting new ones, in an inside/outside sales capacity, while promoting products and providing technical support within an assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify, contact, provide quotes, and close orders with customers.
• Increase sales and average order size via cross-sell and up-sell strategies.
• Maintain product knowledge to present offerings professionally.
• Prepare and present quotations and assess customer requirements.
• Maintain customer relationships and gather market information regularly.
• Visit job sites as needed to provide client services and measure needs.
• Communicate shifts in demand to management and support inventory needs.
