Purvis Industries is seeking an Account Manager / Outside Sales Representative in Des Moines, IA. The role blends inside and outside sales to grow sales, manage existing accounts, and identify new opportunities within an assigned territory.

You will maintain product knowledge, deliver presentations, and provide technical support to customers while achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand knowledge of company products and applications to professionally support customers and prospects.
• Monitor competitor pricing, products, market activity, and customer trends.
• Maintain a professional appearance and always deliver exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with management to develop territory plans and establish sales goals.
• Evaluate sales potential for new and existing customers through research, observation, and customer interaction.
• Prepare and conduct product presentations for new and existing customers.
