Job summary

Tradesmen International is seeking an Industrial Account Executive to grow and manage an assigned sales territory in the industrial, manufacturing, and production space. This field-based role emphasizes building relationships with plant, facility, and HR managers and pursuing new business with uncapped commission.

You will prospect, present, and educate clients on the value of a skilled, variable workforce, while partnering with internal staff to match workers to orders and achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of outside or territory sales experience.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or staffing sales is a plus.
• Proven ability to generate new business and grow accounts.
• Ability to manage longer, complex sales cycles and hit quotas.
• Strong communication and relationship skills; self-motivated fieldworker.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and canvass within your territory to generate new business.
• Make direct sales calls and presentations to plant/facility/HR managers.
• Educate prospects on the value of a skilled, variable workforce.
• Coordinate with Project Coordinators to match workers to orders.
• Maintain quarterly sales goals and manage client lifecycle from onboarding to follow-up.
• Build relationships with client leadership and site personnel.
• Track activities and maintain client records in Salesforce.
• Represent Tradesmen at trade shows and networking events.
• Report to the local General Manager and contribute to territory planning.
