Job summary

Eden Training Solutions is seeking an Induction Officer to welcome and guide learners from enrolment through to handover to their Skills Coach. You will build strong relationships, provide expert guidance and positively impact learners’ development.

The role emphasizes delivering online and in-person induction sessions, maintaining records, and promoting products and services while supporting learners’ journey to success.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and maths at A-C grade or equivalent
• Childcare & Education or Early Years qualifications at Level 3 or higher
• Foundation/honours in Early Childhood Studies or TAQA/teaching qualifications are desirable

Responsibilities

• Support the required number of learners through online enrolment and induction
• Complete learners' application and enrolment process, check funding eligibility
• Communicate OTJ, KSOs, delivery model to the learner
• Review initial assessment results with learner, IAG re ALN
• Overview Functional Skills delivery and exemptions
• Deliver online First Day of Learning session
• Promote and support learner updates to OTJ and BUD
• Liaise with Skills Coach to handover new learners
• Provide effective IAG services to learners
• Manage own time to progress learners and update systems
