OpenEd is seeking an Administrative Trainer to join the Learning Division, responsible for scaling onboarding and training across teams. You will master SOPs, translate them into impactful training experiences, and verify learners can apply the knowledge effectively.

You'll build engaging materials, guides, and videos, while maintaining alignment with current processes. Strong organization, tech comfort, and a passion for teaching are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Learn SOPs and workflows to expert level and teach them across the division.
• Deliver training on administrative processes, tools, and systems to new and existing team members.
• Develop clear training protocols translating SOPs into practical experiences.
• Contribute to the Training Library with materials, guides, and videos.
• Identify gaps in materials or processes and communicate updates to owners.
