Responsive Education Solutions seeks a Teacher Induction Regional Instructional Coach to lead coaching and mentoring for beginning teachers, conducting classroom observations and delivering targeted professional development to boost instructional quality and student achievement.

You will work with TCPA and Premier High School campuses serving as teachers of record, providing evidence‑based support to improve educator effectiveness and long‑term retention.

Qualifications

• At least 3 year(s) of relevant experience preferred.
• Bachelor degree preferred.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.

Responsibilities

• Drive success of beginning teachers through individualized coaching, classroom observations, mentoring, and professional development.
• Support teachers serving as teachers of record at TCPA and/or Premier High School campuses.
• Provide data‑driven, evidence‑based support to increase educator effectiveness and long‑term retention.
