Job summary

The Indirects Manager at Bechtel will supervise the indirects workforce on LNG/energy projects along the US Gulf Coast, reporting to the Project Superintendent. The role requires coordinating with discipline superintendents, ensuring ES&H compliance, quality, and budget adherence while fostering effective client relationships.

Ideal candidates have 13-15 years (or 17-19 in lieu) of relevant experience, LNG construction exposure, and proven leadership in large field teams within heavy industry

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's or master's degree (or international equivalent) with 13-15 years of relevant experience, or 17-19 years in lieu.
• Oil, gas, refinery, petrochemical, minerals processing, or power generation construction experience.
• Experience on LNG projects, Gulf Coast region construction sites.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams in supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide ES&H leadership for the indirects department and safety meetings.
• Supervise indirects personnel across areas and coordinate with client reps.
• Ensure work is on schedule and within budget, compliant with policies.
• Prepare schedules, field material requisitions, and tool allocations.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and management for project execution.
