Cardinal Health is seeking a Strategic Sourcing - Indirect Advisor to lead end-to-end sourcing for indirect categories, developing relationships with business partners to understand needs and drive cost optimization.

You will execute competitive bidding, negotiations, contracting, and continuous improvement, leveraging spend analytics and market intelligence to maximize value for Cardinal Health.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, supply chain, finance or economics.
• 3+ years in strategic sourcing, category management, supplier management and negotiation.
• Strong English communication and presentation skills across all levels of the organization.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze spend and contracts.
• Project and process management skills; capable of working on complex, large-scope projects.

Mansioni

• Act as Category Sourcing Lead for assigned indirect categories (e.g., Environmental Health and Safety, Energy and Facilities).
• Partner with stakeholders across indirect categories and support sourcing initiatives.
• Collaborate with indirect suppliers to source goods and services.
• Initiate, negotiate and finalize new supplier contracts; maintain existing contracts.
• Manage RFP events within assigned indirect categories and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
• Drive purchasing discipline and ensure compliance with internal stakeholders.
• Review and approve BuyNow requests and new supplier setups; coordinate with legal and compliance.
